Description

The primary role of prebiotics is to feed bacteria in the gut. Most prebiotic fibres randomly feed both beneficial and unwanted bacteria. Our Cura Precision Prebiotics™ supplement has been created with 3 clinically tested, non-digestible prebiotic fibres (known as FOS, GOS and XOS  – Oligosaccharides) that are able to specifically target our beneficial bacteria – hence the name Precision Prebiotic.  We are not able to digest, absorb or assimilate these precision oligosaccharides, they are purely to feed our beneficial keystone gut bacteria.

Cura Precision Prebiotics™ is an all-natural pharmaceutical-grade oligosaccharide formula

  • No artificial colours or flavours
  • No binders, fillers or anti-caking agents
  • Easy to open capsule & sprinkle on food
  • Suitable for all the family (aged 8+)

Cura Precision Prebiotics ™ reinforces the beneficial microbial changes created by Cura Sporebiotics™ to promote a strong and diverse microbiome.

Cura Precision Prebiotics™ is the first Precision Prebiotic created with 3 clinically tested, non-digestible prebiotic fibres (oligosaccharides) that can increase microbial diversity and selectively feed beneficial bacteria such as Akkermansia muciniphila, Faecalibacterium prausnitzii and Bifidobacteria. Increasing populations of these protective keystone bacteria is an integral part of reinforcing a healthy gut microbiome.

Microbial Diversity

Keystone bacteria like Akkermansia muciniphila, Faecalibacterium prausnitzii, and Bifidobacteria are very important for our microbiome health, but their populations can be easily diminished by taking antibiotic medication, stress, diet and exposure to environmental toxins such as herbicides, pesticides and household cleaning chemicals.

  • Akkermansia muciniphilaplays an important role in metabolism and has been shown to support fat loss along with a healthy diet and exercise.
  • Faecalibacterium prausnitziican increase the production of butyrate, a short-chain fatty acid that maintains healthy intestinal cells.
  • Bifidobacteriacan also increases butyrate production and promote lean body mass.

Cura Precision Prebiotics™ Dosing Instructions:

Adults and children (aged 8+) start with 2 capsules per day with or without food for one week, then increase to 4 capsules daily with or without a meal as tolerated.

If you have difficulty swallowing capsules, you can easily twist open and sprinkle the contents of the capsules onto food or into a glass of water. It is helpful to drink plenty of water throughout the day when taking a prebiotic supplement.

Children under 8 years of age, please consult with your doctor or healthcare practitioner.
