Cura Precision Prebiotics™ is the first Precision Prebiotic created with 3 clinically tested, non-digestible prebiotic fibres (oligosaccharides) that can increase microbial diversity and selectively feed beneficial bacteria such as Akkermansia muciniphila, Faecalibacterium prausnitzii and Bifidobacteria. Cura Precision Prebiotics™ Dosing Instructions:
Adults and children (aged 8+) start with 2 capsules per day with or without food for one week, then increase to 4 capsules daily with or without a meal as tolerated.
If you have difficulty swallowing capsules, you can easily twist open and sprinkle the contents of the capsules onto food or into a glass of water. It is helpful to drink plenty of water throughout the day when taking a prebiotic supplement.
